- Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

- A refundable security deposit of $300 is required.

- Credit card and check payment options available.

- Sorry, the condo cannot accommodate more than 6 persons.

- Cancellations: If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit.  If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked.
